The git master branch now includes gr-soapy, and we'd love to hear any feedback so we can get it ready for 3.10.0 (and likely 3.9.2). If the SoapySDR devel files (min 0.7.2) are found when a GNU Radio build is cmake'd, gr-soapy will be enabled. See https://wiki.gnuradio.org/index.php/Soapy for more details.
