Hi Barry, It looks like you're on the master branch of GNU Radio. When you next think of updating GNU Radio I'd recommend moving over to the maint-3.8 branch, there's no reason for anyone not doing active core development to be on the master branch at the moment.
You'll need "3.9" currently, and if you move to maint-3.8 you'll need "3.8". I doubt that gr-radioteletype has been updated for 3.8 so you'll likely hit the need to redo all the gr-radioteletype CMakeFiles, not a massive task but maybe one you'd find challenging at your level of experience with CMake.
