When I generate a known good signal in the ISM band (902 MHz), I can use any other receiver with GRC and a good spectrum will be displayed. When I use the USRP2 with GRC, to receive and characterize energy , GRC offers no complaints, but GRC indicates no reception of any signal energy.

What daughtercard do you have installed? What gain setting are you using?

    Folks,

Apparently the USRP2 is no longer supported by GNUradio Companion.

Do any of you have the source files that would allow one to use
gr_modtool to build a GRC block for the USRP2: One to transmit and
    one to receive?

    Thanks,

    Aaron

That isn't true. You can even still use USRP1 with Gnu Radio.

                Hi,

One of the reasons I am currently using GNU Radio is
                to learn more about
                signal-processing and SDR.

As the "discuss-gnuradio" list is about gnuradio
                itself, what would be a
good mailing-list, newsgroup or forum to ask more
                generic questions
                about signal-processing?
