underruns mean your computer isn't fast enough at supplying samples to
the SDR device.
In other words, you can only solve that by optimizing performance of
you computer. You might need a better computer, or set up your computer
more efficiently; this might or might not be solvable by following the
windows-specific tips on http://files.ettus.com/manual/page_transport.h
tml#transport_udp . Chances are you just need a faster computer.
