Thank you for your reply, Marcus. Your suggestion of an attachable
device is totally fine, actually very good idea.
So, this SDR device would be the medium to the software radio (app in
the mobile phone), which controls the device. How would this scenario be
possible to achieve the goal? Goal is to send (GPS) data over the radio
frequencies to update the app's map. :)
