Hi all - The GRCon16 schedule is now live on the website. We are still finalizing the details of the panel sessions & social events, but everything else is locked down. There are some important changes from previous years:
- The New Users' Day has two tracks: the normal "New Users" track, and an Advanced Track. The Advanced Track this year is comprised of three different FPGA-related tutorials. - Note that one of them, the RFNoC tutorial, has a limited head-count and requires pre-registration. There are only 6 seats remaining in this tutorial. - There are several talks that are taking place in both the New Users' Day and Technical Conference program. While the topic of these talks will be the same, the content will be adjusted. - There will not be Working Group sessions during the conference. - On Friday, the Dev Summit, there will be tutorials, walk-throughs, and lightning talks. The presentation schedule for Friday is not yet finalized, so it is just a placeholder, for now. There will also be the usual collaborative development & hacking, obviously. - A big part of the program this year will be the multi-stage Hacking Challenges, which will be introduced on Tuesday and finished up on Friday. You can see a summary of the schedule on the landing page: http://gnuradio.org/grcon-2016/ A more detailed schedule, including abstracts (for most talks), is here: http://gnuradio.org/grcon-2016/schedule/ As a reminder, the price for registration increases at the end of next week. We are approaching 50% of our maximum capacity, so I recommend grabbing your tickets soon if you haven't already! Please let the conference organizers know if you have any questions ( gr...@gnuradio.org), and we look forward to seeing you in Boulder! Cheers, Ben
