Hi Harold, If you go up a few lines, the cmake process will tell you what was missing. This looks like you were missing important build-time dependencies, i.e. libraries and development headers.
How are you building GNU Radio? What platform/distro? Generally, the information you're giving isn't nearly enough to help you; please be give all the details that might be relevant, not only the result.
