Ankit, First off, how did you install GNURadio on windows? What method did you use?
Second, can we see the actual GRC before you ran it so we can see what you trying to do? Please post a screenshot and the actual .grc file. Finally, what examples you been able to run already? Is this the first block you have ever run? There are many helpful people here, but we will need some more information about what things you have tried to accomplish to get it working if they are to be of useful assistance.
