Thanks Johannes, I am currently trying with different trigger modes, and just one input - great minds think alike :)
Unfortunately there is no data at any higher rates in the flow graph, its a complex relay implementation and the source sends packets with very low duty cycle. This is surely the cause of the issue, if there was plenty of data at high rate then I am sure it would work fine... I have got this error at run-time that I just noticed... Did you try to play around with different trigger modes? Did you try to only have one input? It may be an issue with different rates from your input data and output data streams. Did you try to view data in other parts of your system? Maybe you could nail it down to a specific block where nothing gets displayed anymore.
