Well, if you want a basically working "cheat sheet", I already wrote a
Gnuradio receiver for those keyfob transmitters:

https://github.com/bistromath/keyfob

It hasn't been updated in years, so it's still on the old Automake system.
It won't compile, but the source should get you started.
