I built it with Pybombs. I just installed gr-baz. I didn't know there was a way to install op25 decoder separately.

Did you use packaged Gnuradio or built with pybombs ? Did you actually install the OP25 decoder itself ? (and not just the gr-baz wrapper around it) Cheers, Sylvain
