I have to adjust my summer workload as my school has just made changes to its course offerings this summer. My new course load is going to be prohibitively time consuming and I will not be able to take part in GSoC so I am withdrawing my proposal. It would have been great to work on this project full time and I regret that I have to take myself out of the running. I just wanted to thank everybody for their time, consideration, and feedback.
