Hi, I am trying to build and install UHD/GnuRadio from source on Ubuntu, here is the setup:
Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 64bits, fresh install, updated to newest packages, running within VMware Got UHD from git. gcc 4.6.3 glibc The UHD is built according to http://code.ettus.com/redmine/ettus/projects/uhd/wiki/UHD_Build When I am doing "make test": michael@ubuntu:~/sdr/uhd/uhd/host/build$ make test Running tests... Test project /home/michael/sdr/uhd/uhd/host/build Start 1: addr_test 1/15 Test #1: addr_test ........................ Passed 0.01 sec Start 2: buffer_test 2/15 Test #2: buffer_test ...................... Passed 0.03 sec Start 3: byteswap_test 3/15 Test #3: byteswap_test .................... Passed 0.01 sec Start 4: convert_test *** glibc detected *** convert_test: malloc(): memory corruption: 0x000000000073 The build works on Ubuntu 13.10, 64 bits without any issue. A bug?
