Sorry, I printed the content of dri2proto.pc, gnuradio-runtime.pc contains:

prefix=/usr
exec_prefix=${prefix}
libdir=${exec_prefix}/lib
includedir=${prefix}/include

Name: gnuradio-runtime
Description: GNU Radio core runtime infrastructure
Requires:
Version: 3.7.1git
Libs: -L${libdir} -lgnuradio-runtime -lgnuradio-pmt
Cflags: -I${includedir}

pkg-config --cflags dri2proto also shows nothing also, that is how I knew
it wasn't just Gnuradio
