You can build-gnuradio -m which will checkout from master, which is 3.7.
Lots of apps haven't yet been converted to 3.7

You can also use PyBOMBS (gnuradio.org/pybombs). I believe all of the
OOT apps that are recipes in PyBOMBS are all 3.7 compatible.
