I think the UCLA blocks were not updated to work with GNU Radio 3.6.4. I
made some 802.15.4 blocks based on the UCLA Phy. Maybe you want to give

The last commits port the blocks to v3.7 API. If you want to use 3.6.4
you should go back some commits
git checkout v3.6
