Thanks for your quick response! Does doxyxml dependency comes along with Gnu Radio or need to be installed seperately? I used your command wget http://www.sbrac.org/files/build-gnuradio && chmod a+x ./build-gnuradio && ./build-gnuradio More information. I created a new basic block again using grmodtool on the "other" machine (xubuntu 12.04) and it is working.
