build-gnuradio has been updated to include support for Debian Squeeze,
and the Ubuntu support now installs python-gtk2 as a pre-req.
Normally, python-gtk2 is already installed as part of the base
system, but if it's missing, GRC won't build. Seems that Kubuntu doesn't
install python-gtk2 (I guess that makes sense, since it's KDE, rather
than Gnome).
