Mikko - It looks like you're using the GNU Autotools for building, yes? If so, try using CMake instead; 'volk' in particular compiles must more robustly using CMake. I don't know that I've ever gotten volk to compile using GNU Autotools, but I've almost never had an issue when using CMake. Hope this helps! - MLD
