My best guess is that you need to call self.uhd_usrp_source_0.set_subdev_spec('A:RXA', 0) self.uhd_usrp_source_0.set_subdev_spec('A:RXB', 1) before you call set_center_freq() or set_gain(). Otherwise, the usrp.source has no idea which tuner to address.
