Yeah, I found those two options too. It seems like there is no other..? Wine 
seems to be needed if... 
It would be a perfect "task"/thesis for a student group to make a *pure* 
crossplatform one.

EZNEC+ ) is not. You could try Wine, I believe 4nec2 works well with it, 4nec2 
is a much more advanced program too.
