Actually the only thing that the build-gnuradio script does that could
possibly affect where things get installed is that it sets
PKG_CONFIG_PATH to /usr/local/lib/pkgconfig, and if
/usr/local/lib64/pkgconfig exists, it sets it to that instead, before
calling the bulk of the gnuradio builder chain.
