+ USRP1 + WBX

Hmm, it looks like during the "make install", it didn't install *any* of
the "stuff" in /usr/local/bin that it normally installs.
So, assuming that your "uhd" git source was placed in $HOME, then do the
following:
cd $HOME/uhd/host/build
make clean
make >make.log 2>&1
Then see if there's anything untoward in make.log
