I'd look at the USRP schematics and try to look for similarities. If the USB interface chip is an FX2, it's probably much easier than something else. Real issue here is no ADC/DAC and limited pins to connect/wire one up. It will not be trivial, but it should be doable if you know enough about both systems. Good luck.
