Hi friends, I have a difficulty in relating the M&M timing recovery block with the theory and algorithm presented in "Timing Recovery in Digital Synchronous Data Receivers" by Mueller and Muller. Can someone help me in understanding it or advice me on what to look for. I will be more than happy to get a little help on this as this thing has kept me busy for weeks now with very little success.
