Yes it's probably a ROM'ed version, but it's only 100-pin so it's too small for 54x or 54x device, unless much older. My guess is a member of the C24x series, which has onchip ROM or Flash, low-power enough to live off the USB, and some stern security features. > However this could be used for another project using a TI DSP for a > MELPe dongle.
