Hallo, at least how I decipher usrp-hw/usrp/interface.pdf, the USRP doesn't monitor VBUS. As the Cypress application note AN15813 states, this may be an endless source of problems when booting the PC host, hotplugging the USB cables etc.
Just as a note and please forgive if I missinterpret the schematic.
