[Discuss-gnuradio] EETimes article on SDR

good article in EETimes on SDR -- except the section "Where are the tools?" 
sadly fails to mention GNU Radio and the USRP:

perhaps GNU Radio list members can educate the author about this glaring 
omission, so that future articles can benefit   ;-)
