The Makefile.in's are not kept in CVS. The easiest way is to use gr-build http://comsec.com/wiki?HowtoBuildFromCVS Then you can ./for-all-dirs ../buildit In the meanwhile try this: $ cd gnuradio-core $ ./bootstrap # should generate Makefile.in's $ ./configure $ make Some folks have reported a problem where the Makefile.in's aren't getting built by ./bootstrap. Josh Lackey posted a suggested fix to the list in the last 24 - 48 hrs. If you see the problem where they aren't getting built, can you try his fix and let me know if it works for you.
