I reproduced #20037 on current main and have a local prototype that handles injected shape parameters in the JSON serializer/runtime. Example NPU and cuBLAS symbolic execution pass on SM86. The fix also affects shared CUBLAS, DNNL, and HIPBLAS argument mapping.
