Slight correction: Also, if the display layer is smaller or LARGER than the output display resolution the IDirectFBDisplayLayer::SetScreenPosition function allows the layer to be moved around the display area coordinate space (including overlapping it and/or fully outside the visible area). This function is supported if the DLCAPS_SCREEN_POSITION capability is supported by the display layer.
