Okay,
I now use the layer-bg-none options on my Video layers and that seems to
have cleared up most issues.

However I now have a new issue:
When DirectFB starts up and loads my driver it seems to Flip my GFX surface.
The problem is that the layer-bg-colour=FF000000 only seems to have been
applied to the first surface. (i.e a FB device is double buffered and pans
between the two for flipping)
A flip occurs and I see what ever was in the second half of the FB already
not the bg-color.
Should the bg-color option set the background colour for both halfs of the
surface?

Once DirectFB has finished initialising I can do all I want in the app. The
above problem just makes startup look messy.

Any pointers?
Dan
