I just updated the linux-fusion Makefile to install fusion.h into /usr/include/linux.
I also changed the module install path to /lib/modules/<something>/drivers/char/fusion. I know it works on 2.6 kernels but I don't have any 2.4 setups around. If anyone is still using 2.4 I'd appreciate if you could verify whether or not the new module install path works for you.
