I am pretty sure no one will object such initiative if there is
a person willing to maintain it.
You can have multiple managers per channel (can e.g. upload).
Because I want to keep the learning material in ApplyYourDLang
perhaps because you can add featured channels, that we could
create a small set of them. With a different set of target
audiences each.
