Sebastian,

This is open source.  The features exist because someone that wanted it
created it.  So, you are the person who wants this most right now - you are
welcome to code what you want.

If using an existing shape that has the function doesn't suit you, then I
can't offer anything better - I am not a developer, so you must politely
request a developer's assistance.  Your best bet is to become familiar with
all the random shapes to learn what is available.  I think there is a way
to make a sheet of favorite shapes, but I have not done it.
