Maybe you can print and use a Fit to Page option if the printer/plotter supports it. Then it doesn't matter what size you ultimately want, you just have to get the proportions right.
Or you can resort to the letting Dia segment the plot If you need the equivalent of a double A0 then just work inside those bounds, and join the two printed sheets together with glue or tape.
