There is no line hop function. A work around would be to group a couple lines and an arc with a box the same color as the background behind it. Make a vertical one, a horizontal one and copy and paste many times to get more.
Or learn to create your own shapes. For the line function there is a zig zag line and polyline where you can add corners. It is a little clunky, but you can draw from start to finish and them add all the corners and drag them around. There is an option where you can repeat the last function by hitting spacebar.
