Andrey, I move things into Inkscape to achieve transparency.
You may want to review the archives searching on transparency. I think I may have asked about this some years ago. I believe there was a fundamental difference between how Inkscape and Dia work that prevented an easy introduction of it. It is long enough since then that fundamental things may have changed for the better.
