Getting rid of that platform specific part in the Dia file format should
definitely be considered. But I don't want to have mixed shlashes in the
user interface. And I dont think it is necessary to rely on the fact, that
windows file system function usually handle mixed slashes.
The conversion should probably take place in data_add_filename() and
data_filename().
