Hi Tim, If you are using Latex you should seriously consider exporting to and including ".eps" files. They export without problems and Latex can size/scale them to your hearts desire with no side-effects. Scaling them to a percentage of the text width can give a consistent look to your document.
No need to worry about output resolution or those bounding box files. Regards, Johann
