I did some more digging and found codegen.py in /usr/share... So am I right in believing that Dia will call this script to generate the code? I bet it's this script I need to mod to my liking.
I know this script is available for download from your site, so I bet it is. Awesome. A little find here, a little grep there and I got my answer.
