Hello Hakim, The assumption is that the "Days after due date" notification is for events that have been missed (i.e. the patient didn't come for the visit). One wouldn't assume a practical situation where you would want to use that trigger even when the event has been attended. If you'll want to send notifications to clients after the completion of a particular stage, it is better to use the options under "Program stage completion".
