This problem has been resolved. It seems the user was in fact not part of the group, but was assigned a role with an identical name - obviously not the same thing. Thanks!

The newly created user does not see those dashboards (read only access) - is there something I'm forgetting or missing here? Any idea how I can get those dashboard to show again? Regards Ed
