Hello, Can someone explain how one-time referrals in DHIS2 work?
I have two partners working in different districts providing different services. None of the partners has access for data entry to the other partner's district. I would like to refer a client of one partner for services to the other partner, which means that the referred partner should be able to also record the services provided and the results. How is this achieved in DHIS2?
