Hi Stephen, As I know, you can't set up sharing between instances directly in DHIS2. But you can do it with DHIS2 API <https://docs.dhis2.org/2.25/en/developer/html/webapi_data_values.html> + script on custom form or script and cronjob <https://cron-job.org/en/> in background.
