Hi all, We have some users in our platform at those that don't have the ALL authority are not able to create new program rules. We are using dhis2 2.25, the user can clic in the add new program rule button, add the name and description, add the expression and actions but when the user finalize the program rule click at the create button the list of program rules is still empty. We checked through the browser console and the /api/programRules request responded with a 403 Forbidden.
We need some help or advice, because we don't know whether we are missing some authority or this is a big bug in the system. Users included in this problems have all the authorities related to program management. Thank you very much! Marc
