I'm having a problem with data elements not appearing in custom data entry forms. When editing the custom form, the list of data elements is just empty for every data set. Totals and indicators show up fine; data elements are added to the data set. Problem appeared after migration from 2.16 to 2.17. Cache emptying etc doesn't resolve this issue. Haven't been able to recreate at the demo 2.17. Any thoughts?
