Hi Aad, we have just made a fix to DHIS version 2.13 which solves an issue for starting up on Live. Could you please download the latest one from here and try again: http://www.dhis2.org/downloads
Re the database I suspect that you have not connected to Postgres but are still running on H2. regards, Lars
