Dear All, I face same problem. I am using 2.12 version, PostgreSQL and UBUNTU. When i edit any form from application or any other change from application. After changes the data entry form do not come.
I solved this problem manually, After editing the form, Directly i update the table programstage column capturecoordinates type boolean as FALSE. UPDATE programstage SET capturecoordinates=FALSE WHERE programstageid = 3; Then restart the tomcat, then the form coming properly. I saw when i update the event in 2.12 version this column capturecoordinates* value is empty.* Hope the problem will solved soon. . Thanks.
