Hi Stephen, in Rwanda mydatamart is working well and we are using DHIS 2.12,
What you have to do is to make sure that the user roles has access to
mydatmart. this is done by going to the user role and edit by adding "access
mydatamart". Note that users will not access mydatamart till you give them
access.
